  17. Here's a neat sandwich we had in a ski-lodge in Vermont one time:

  20. cooked duck breast meat (oven-roasted)
  21. apple slices
  22. cucumber slices
  23. blackberry mayonaisse (mis blackberry jelly and mayo or yogurt)

  25. optional addition:
  26. small bean sprouts ("hairy" kind  :)  )

  28. Yes, it's weird to think about, but it tasted Wonderful!  The
  29. blackberry mayo MADE the sandwich, so don't leave it out.
